中医理念与家庭医生签约服务结合治疗糖尿病临床价值体会

Experience of Clinical Value of Chinese Medicine Concept and Family Doctor’s Contract Service Combined Treatment of Diabetes

目的将中医理念配合家庭医生签约服务应用于糖尿病患者治疗中,总结和研究临床价值。方法选取2016年3月—2018年1月本医院纳入治疗的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法实施分组。西药常规治疗实施于对照组(n=40),西药常规治疗及中医理念配合家庭医生签约服务实施于试验组(n=40),统计两组患者相关指标。结果试验组干预6个月后的空腹血糖检测值、餐后2小时血糖检测值较干预前及对照组干预6个月后对应指标数值更低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组干预6个月后的治疗依从总计值(90.00%)较干预前(60.00%)及对照组干预6个月后对应指标数值(72.50%)更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者治疗中采取中医理念配合家庭医生签约服务展示良好应用效果,体现重要临床价值。

Objective To apply the concept of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in conjunction with family doctor signing service to the treatment of patients with diabetes, and summarize and study the clinical value. Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Group according to random number table method. Western medicine routine treatment was performed in the control group (n =40). Western medicine routine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine concepts were implemented in the experimental group (n =40) with family doctor contract service. Relevant indicators of two groups of patients were counted. Results The values of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial bloodglucose in the experimental group after 6 months of intervention were lower than those before intervention and 6 months after intervention in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total value of treatment compliance in the experimental group (90.00%) after 6 months of intervention was higher than that before intervention (60.00%) and that in the control group (72.50%) after 6 months of intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetes, the Chinese medicine concept combined with the family doctor's signing service shows good application effect and embodies important clinical value.
