摘要 目的探讨社区脑卒中后患者的营养现状。方法以某社区438例脑卒中后患者作为研究对象,检测各项营养学指标,分析其吞咽障碍、低白蛋白血症及营养不良的检出率。结果 438例患者中,吞咽障碍的检出率为18.72%(82例);营养不良检出率为52.28%(229例),低蛋白血症检出率为42.24%(185例)。不同年龄及卒中次数的患者营养不良及低蛋白血症检出率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。男性TLC不良率为61.78%,高于其他几种;女性以Alb的不良率、TLC不良率以及TSF不良率52.58%居多。结论社区脑卒中后患者低白蛋白血症及营养不良的检出率较高,应提高对脑卒中后患者营养现状的重视程度。 Objective To investigate the nutritional status of stroke patients in community. Methods In this study, 438 patients with stroke in a community were selected as subjects. Nutritional indicators were tested and the detection rates of dysphagia, hypoalbuminemia and malnutrition were analyzed. Results Among 438 patients, the detection rate of dysphagia was 18.72%(82 cases). The detection rate of malnutrition was 52.28%(229 cases) and that of hypoproteinemia was 42.24%(185 cases). There were significant differences in the detection rates of malnutrition and hypoproteinemia among patients of different ages and stroke frequency (P < 0.05). Male TLC rate was 61.78%, higher than other kinds. Alb, TLC and TSF were 52.58% among women. Conclusion The detection rate of low serum albumin leels and malnutrition of stroke patients in community is high. We should improve the importance of nutritional status in patients with stroke.
