摘要
针对分析了现行《煤矿地质工作规定》中地质类型划分问题,通过分析煤矿地质类型划分报告和煤矿地质报告的异同点、煤矿瓦斯类型划分指标、及其地质类型划分对煤矿地质、煤矿设计、安全生产的影响,结合《矿井地质规程》等相关现行技术规定及标准,指出《煤矿地质工作规定》中地质类型划分与煤矿(建井、生产)地质报告关系人为复杂化、煤矿地质类型评定在空间和时效性存在矛盾、煤层瓦斯含量作为划分瓦斯类型指标不合理以及煤矿地质条件分类与煤矿生产安全相联系的目的性缺失等突出问题。建议把煤矿地质类型划分报告并入煤矿建井及生产地质报告之中;明确"地质类型划分"以煤矿接续区为评价对象;提出以矿井瓦斯等级为主、瓦斯压力及瓦斯含量为补充作为煤矿瓦斯类型划分指标;并给出了"四类十型"煤矿地质类型划分方案。
The paper has analyzed some geological type classification issues in the existing “Specifications for Coalmine Geological Works”(hereafter abbreviated as “the specifications”), then compared the similarities and differences between the specifications and coalmine geological type classification report, coalmine geological report, as well as studied issues in coalmine gas type classification indices. Combined with the “Mine Geological Regulations” and other related existing technical regulations and standards have pointed out that the outstanding issues such as relationship among geological type classification in the specifications and coalmine construction and production geological reports have been artificially complicated;coalmine geological type assessment uniqueness and statute for limitation conflicted;coal seam gas content as an index in gas type classification unreasonable and intentionality absence in relationship between coalmine geological condition classification and coalmine production safety etc. Thus we have suggested that the coalmine geological type classification report should be incorporated into coalmine construction and production geological reports;categorically identified geological type classification should take the coalmine succession area as the assessment target;indices for defining coalmine gas type should be mainly gas grading, supplemented with gas pressure and gas content. Finally the paper put forward a “four categories and ten types” coalmine gas type classification scheme.
