无籽青柠檬种植地土壤微生物多样性特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解无籽青柠檬不同栽培地土壤微生物群落功能多样性特点,运用Biolog-ECO技术,分析了龙州、三门坡和木棠三个无籽青柠檬基地土壤微生物群落功能多样性特点。结果表明:土壤中可培养微生物总数依次为龙州>木棠>三门坡2>三门坡1,不同样地土壤样品中可培养细菌、放线菌及微生物总数差异均显著。不同样地土壤微生物的平均吸光值(AWCD)总体变化趋势为龙州基地>木棠基地>三门坡基地1>三门坡基地2,对碳水化合物碳源、氨基酸类碳源、多聚物碳源和羧酸类碳源的利用均为龙州>木棠>三门坡1>三门坡2,对酚酸类碳源的利用为龙州>三门坡2>木棠>三门坡1;对胺类碳源的利用情况具有时间动态性。不同样地土壤微生物群落功能多样性4大指数值(U值、H’值、E值和D值)总体趋势均为龙州>木棠>三门坡1>三门坡2,且呈现U值和D值差异显著,H’值和E值差异不显著特点。碳源利用主成分分析结果表明木棠和龙州的碳源利用特征较为一致,而三门坡1和三门坡2之间差异较大,对样地的主成分分离起主要贡献作用的为碳水化合物类和氨基酸类两种碳源。该研究结果为后期无籽青柠檬种植地的选择及评估提供了参考,对种植管理也起到一定的指导作用。 In order to understand the characteristics of soil microbial community functional diversity in different cultivated areas of seedless green lemons,Biolog-ECO technique was used to analyze the characteristics of soil microbial community functional diversity in three bases of seedless green lemons:Longzhou,Sanmenpo and Mutang.The results showed that the total number of culturable microorganisms in the soil is Longzhou>Mutang>Sanmenpo 2>Sanmenpo 1,the difference in culturable bacteria,actinomycetes and microbial populations in the soil samples is significant.The overall change trend of the average absorbance value(AWCD)of soil microorganisms is the Longzhou>Mutang>Sanmenpo 1>Sanmenpo 2,The use of carbohydrate carbon sources,amino acid carbon sources,polymer carbon sources,and carboxylic acid carbon sources are all Longzhou>Mutang>Sanmenpo 1>Sanmenpo 2,and the use of phenolic carbon sources is Longzhou>Sanmenpo 2>Sanmenpo 1;the utilization of amine carbon sources is time-dynamic.Similarly,the overall trend of the four major index values(U value,H’value,E value and D value)of soil microbial community functional diversity is Longzhou>Mutang>Sanmenpo 1>Sanmenpo 2,and the U value and D values are significantly different.The difference between H’and E values is not significant.The carbon source analysis results show that the carbon source utilization characteristics of Mutang and Longzhou are relatively consistent,while the difference between Sanmenpo 1 and Sanmenpo 2 is large,and the main contribution to the principal component separation of the plot was Two carbon sources of carbohydrates and amino acids.The results of this study provide a reference for the selection and evaluation of seedless green lemon plantations in the later period,and also play a guiding role in the management of cultivation.
