网络环境下高校图书资源利用与管理模式探索

Exploration on the Utilization and Management Mode of University Library Resources under the Network Environment

在网络环境下,信息传递、资源推广和知识获取显得更加便捷和迅速,但对于高校图书资源利用和管理而言,却是面临着挑战和机遇共存的形势;如何在网络信息环境下优化管理模式和提升资源共享途径,提高图书资源的有效利用率,让读者了解并利用好图书资源是图书管理工作者必须面临的问题。本文对网络环境下高校图书资源利用和管理的特点进行了分析,并结合高校图书读者对象和资源状况,提出了"纸电互融、自助共享、实时查询、资源推广"的图书资源管理新模式,旨在为新形势下高校图书资源的高效利用提供相应的支持和决策,为提高高校人才培养质量和科技学术水平提供有力保障。

In the network environment,information,resources and knowledge acquisition is more convenient and quick.But for the library resource utilization and management,these are the challenges and opportunities.In the network information environment,how to optimize the management model and promote the resource sharing way,improve the effective utilization of library resources,let the reader to understand and make good useful of library resources are the issues of library management workers facing.In this paper,the characteristics of resource utilization and management are analyzed in the network environment.And combining the reader object and situation of the library resources,the new mode of the "paper combination,self-help sharing,real-time query,resources to promote" is put forward in the library resource management.It is to provide the corresponding support,decision making and powerful guarantee for improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities and the academic level of science and technology.
