CBE视角下工程管理专业校企合作创新人才培养模式研究

Research on Innovative Talents Training Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation in Engineering Management Specialty from the Perspective of CBE

为了满足工程管理专业新时期人才培养的行业需求,本文分析了工程管理专业人才培养的负外部性表现,将CBE理念下的校企合作模式引入工程管理人才培养中,构建以"基础教学—综合实践—研究创新"为主线的"学习+实践+创新"三位一体校企合作人才培养模式,推动我国高等教育的可持续发展。

In order to satisfy the engineering management professional talent training in the new period of industry demand,this article analyzed the negative externality of project management professional personnel training,introducing CBE idea under university-enterprise cooperation mode of engineering management talents,build in "basis-comprehensive practice teaching,research and innovation" as the main line of "learning,practice and innovation" trinity university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode,promote the sustainable development of higher education in China.
