校企合作下研究生教育模式的探索

Research on Educational Model for Graduate Student Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,是为国家培养大量高素质人才的主要途径,因此社会对于高等教育的改革和发展给予了很大的重视,研究生创新性综合素质的培养已经成为社会关注的话题。我国传统教育严重阻碍了高等教育的发展,而国外校企合作的研究生教育培养模式为我国高等教育的改革指明了方向。本文对当前研究生教育进行了深入探讨,提出了一些建议,希望通过校企合作的教育模式,将理论知识与实践相结合,培养研究生的创新精神,进而提高研究生质量,提高就业率。

Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education.It is the main way to train a large number of high-quality talents for the country.Therefore,the society has given great attention to the reform and development of higher education.The cultivation of the comprehensive quality of the graduate students has become a social concern.The traditional education in China has seriously hindered the development of higher education,and the graduate education and training mode of foreign school enterprise cooperation indicates the direction of the reform of higher education in China.This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the current graduate education and puts forward some suggestions.It is hoped that through the education model of school enterprise cooperation,the theoretical knowledge and practice will be combined to cultivate the innovative spirit of graduate students,and then improve the quality of graduate students and improve the employment rate.
