摘要
自2009年"国培计划"开始组织实施以来,为教师群体在职业发展上提供了方向性指引和内在动力,同时也为教师培训在宏观上的理念、模式、方法和路径等要素给予了科学引导。在教师培训中,培训者的综合业务能力和培训质量的管理评价方式理应是随环境特点而动态变化的,同时也是提升培训效果方法中较为容易把握的控制要素,二者中的诸多细节应在结合具体情况下进行调整和应对,从而为教师教育培训在本质属性和作用的最大发挥上提供匹配和支撑。
Since the implementation of Primary and Secondary School Teachers National Training Program in 2009,teachers across the country have been provided an instruction and motivation in the development of their career. The program also provide the scientific guidelines for teachers' training in aspects like concept,pattern,approach and path.In teachers' training,trainers' comprehensive competence and the evaluation of training's quality vary as the circumstances change.They are also factors relatively easy to control in improving the training effect.The details of both should be adjusted and dealt with depending on different circumstances so that they can provide support for the teachers' training in functioning its nature and usage to maximum.
