Discussion on Double-tutor for Full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate in Fishery Field

全日制专业学位研究生培养需要配备学术水平高且实践能力强的导师,然而这种类型的导师高校中普遍缺乏。"双导师制"是解决该问题的重要途径。本文以渔业领域为例,分析全日制专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,说明实行双导师制的重要性,探讨建设双导师队伍的措施,旨在为我国全日制专业学位研究生培养提供借鉴。

Training full-time professional degree postgraduate needs high academic level and practical ability tutors.However,this type of tutors is generally lacking in universities."Double Tutorial System" is an important way to solve this problem.In this study,we take training full-time professional degree postgraduate fishery field for example, analyzes existing problems in the training of full-time professional degree postgraduate,illustrates the importance of double-tutor,and discuss the measures to construct double-tutor team,aiming at providing a reference for training full-time professional degree postgraduate in China.
