新工科建设背景下车辆工程专业本科生模块化平台建设

Construction of Modular Platform for Undergraduates Majoring in Vehicle Engineering in the Background of New Engineering Construction

面对新工科建设,传统的人才培养模式培育人才的速度难以跟上新经济发展步伐。在其背景下,我校针对本科车辆工程专业不同特点和不同生源的学生提出"模块化平台"人才培养方案,使学生、教师和企业在该平台形成一体化,且在此平台共同发展,发挥各自优势,构筑"学习共同体",培养出符合新工科建设目标的汽车行业新领域实践创新人才,解决该领域人才缺口的问题。

Facing the new engineering construction,the traditional talent training mode can hardly keep pace with the new economic development.In its context,according to the students that major in vehicle engineering and have different characteristics and sources,my college put forward "modular platform" which causes the student,the teacher and the enterprise in this platform integration and is talent training program to make them common development in this platform and to play their respective advantages.It builds a "learning community" and cultivate innovative talents of the new field of automobile industry in line with the target of new engineering construction,solving the problem of talent gap in this field.
