摘要
本文对《果蔬贮运学》实验教学中存在的主要问题进行了分析,研究了实验教学的改进措施,提出了合理制订教学计划、优化实验教学形式、开放实验场地和优化考核体系等教学改进手段。
In this thesis,main shortages and questions lied in the experimental teaching of "Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation" course were analyzed,many improvements in course teaching were researched,and some suggestions were taken,which included making proper teaching plans,optimizing instructional mode,opening laboratory to students,and optimizing evaluation system,so as to improve the experimental teaching quality of this course.
