布拉氏酵母菌在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的研究采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿腹泻的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年10月～2018年6月来我院治疗的小儿腹泻患儿80例,按照完全抽样法均分成两组,对照组患儿采取常规治疗,观察组患病儿童在对照组常规治疗基础上予以布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗。综合分析对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果,采取治疗前后儿童的腹泻持续时间和频次以及治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,观察组为97.5%,对照组为85%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.865,P=0.049);观察组患病儿童腹泻持续时间明显低于对照组,3 d内治愈率对照组为82.5%,观察组为62.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.013,P=0.045);治疗的第3、5、7天的平均腹泻次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义,观察组不良反应为22.5%,对照组不良反应率为20%,差异无有统计学意义(χ~2=0.075,P=0.785)。结论采用布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗小儿腹泻,疗效明显,安全性良好,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical application value of saccharomyces boulardii in treating pediatric diarrhea.Methods 80 children with pediatric diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the complete sampling method.The children in the control group were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with saccharomyces boulardii powder on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical treatment effect,the duration and frequency of diarrhea in children before and after treatment and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment between the two groups were comprehensively analyzed and compared.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.865,P=0.049).The diarrhea duration time in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The cure rate in three days was 82.5%of the control group and 62.5%of the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.013,P=0.045).The average number of diarrhea in the observation group on the third,fifth,and seventh day of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The adverse reaction rate was 22.5%in the observation group and 20%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.075,P=0.785).Conclusion The treatment of infantile diarrhea with saccharomyces boulardii powder has obvious curative effect,good safety and high application value.
