脂质体紫杉醇与奈达铂联合治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of liposomal paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨脂质体紫杉醇与奈达铂联合治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选取我院2016年11月～2017年11月收治的Ⅲb～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌老年患者70例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予脂质体紫杉醇联合奈达铂的治疗方案,对照组给予脂质体紫杉醇联合顺铂的治疗方案,比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为42.86%,对照组总有效率为40.00%,两组的临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的不良反应均主要为白细胞减少、皮疹和呕吐。其不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂质体紫杉醇与奈达铂联合是治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的有效方法,具有较高的安全性,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of liposomal paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From November 2016 to November 2017,total 70 elderly NSCLC patients were collected,and randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated by liposome paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin,and patients in control group were treated by liposome paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,compared therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of both groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 42.86%,and the total effective rate of control group was 40.00%.There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P >0.05).The adverse reactions in both groups were mainly leucopenia,rash and vomiting.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Liposome paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin is an effective treatment regimen for elderly NSCLC.It is safety and worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
