颅脑CT在老年性精神病治疗中的综合应用

Comprehensive application of brain CT in the treatment of senile psychosis

目的探讨颅脑CT在老年性精神病治疗中的作用。方法从2016年6月～2017年1月在宜春市第三人民医院老年精神科住院的423例患者中筛选出68例患者作为研究对象,全部做颅脑CT检查,根据颅脑CT检查结果的不同,制定不同的治疗方案。结果 68例患者颅脑CT检查结果,68例患者均有脑萎缩,其中脑梗死35例、颅脑外伤软化灶5例、脑肿瘤2例、脑白质脱髓鞘改变26例。其中2例肿瘤患者转出外院手术治疗后康复痊愈,没有参与实验,其余66例患者在颅脑CT结果的指导下,选择治疗方案,然后再进行疗效观察,总疗效为94%。同时在疗效观察中发现:脑萎缩越严重,治疗效果越差;病程越长,治疗效果越差。结论依据颅脑CT检查结果,制定相应的治疗方案,对老年性精神病患者的治疗效果良好。因此,颅脑CT在老年性精神病治疗中有着重要作用。

Objective To explore the role of brain CT in the treatment of senile psychosis.Methods 68 patients were selected from 423 patients who were hospitalized in the elderly psychiatric department of Yichun Third People's Hospital from June 2016 to January 2017.All patients were given brain CT scans and different treatment options were developed according to the results of CT scans.Results CT scan results:All of the 68 patients had brain atrophy,including 35 cases of cerebral infarction,5 cases of craniocerebral trauma softening focus,2 cases of brain tumor,and 26 cases of white matter demyelination.The two of the tumor patients received surgery in another hospital and were not enrolled in this study.The other 66 patients were given treatment plan under guidance of CT scans.The total effective rate was 94%.At the same time,it was found that the more severe the brain atrophy,the worse the treatment effect;the longer the course of disease,the worse the treatment effect.Conclusion According to the results of brain CT scans,the corresponding treatment plan is formulated,and the treatment effect on senile psychosis patients is good.Therefore,brain CT plays an important role in the treatment of senile psychosis.
