摘要
目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)与颅脑CT诊断颅脑外伤的效果。方法将2017年1月~2018年6月我院接诊的45例患者纳入本研究。患者均进行颅脑CT诊断和SWI诊断。观察诊断结果、影像学表现。结果本组所有患者经病理检查及相关检测明确诊断为,单一性脑外伤36例和复合性脑外伤9例。SWI诊断硬膜外血肿、脑挫伤并血肿符合率高于颅脑CT诊断符合率,差异显著(P<0.05)。SWI能够明确显示出颅脑CT未能显示的微小出血灶。结论与颅脑CT诊断颅脑外伤对比,磁敏感加权成像具有更高的诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging(SWI)and brain CT in the diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma.Methods 45 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent CT diagnosis and SWI diagnosis.The diagnosis results and imaging findings were observed.Results All patients in this group were diagnosed by pathological examination and related tests,with 36 cases of single brain trauma and 9 cases of combined brain trauma.The coincidence rate of SWI in diagnosis of epidural hematoma,brain contusion and hematoma was higher than that of brain CT diagnosis,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).SWI could clearly show the tiny hemorrhagic foci that the brain CT failed to show.Conclusion Compared with brain CT,magnetic sensitivity-weighted imaging has higher diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma.
