综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法将2017年1月～2018年1月期间我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例作为研究对象,分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理),每组各30例,比较两组患者的遵医行为及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者仅1例中断治疗,其遵医依从率达96.67%,对照组患者9例中4例不按医嘱执行治疗,5例中断治疗,其遵医依从率达70.00%,两组遵医依从性比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分达(23.85±6.34)分,显著低于护理前及对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者在积极治疗的同时配合综合护理干预,有利促进患者的遵医依从性,提高生活质量,促进疾病恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group(conventional nursing)and the observation group(integrated nursing),with 30 cases in each group.The patient's compliance behavior and the improvement of quality of life between two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,only one patient was discontinued,and the compliance rate was 96.67%.In patients of the control group,4 patients were not treated according to the doctor's advice,and 5 patients were discontinued.The compliance rate was 70.00%.The differences in medical compliance between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group patients after nursing reached(23.85±6.34),which was significantly lower than that before nursing the control,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in combination with active treatment for patients with chronic heart failure is beneficial to promote compliance,improve quality of life and promote disease recovery of patients.
