预见性护理在肿瘤患者PICC置管并发症防治中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing in prevention and treatment of complications of PICC catheterization in patients with cancer

目的探讨预见性护理干预在肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)并发症防治中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年8月～2017年8月我院收治的88例行PICC置管的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其随机分为试验组与对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,试验组患者则在其基础上进行预见性护理干预。比较两组患者在PICC置管期间的并发症发生情况,并比较两组患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果试验组患者在PICC置管期间的并发症发生率为11.36%,低于对照组的34.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者对护理工作的满意度为93.18%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者PICC置管期间采取预见性护理干预,能有效预防PICC置管的相关并发症,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of peripheral venous catheter(PICC)complications in patients with cancer.Methods 88 patients with PICC catheterization admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group underwent predictive care interventions.The complications of the two groups of patients during PICC catheterization were compared,and the satisfaction with nursing work between the two groups were investigated.Results The complication rate in the experimental group during the PICC catheterization was 11.36%,which was lower than that of the control group(34.09%).And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group was 93.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention during PICC catheterization of tumor patients can effectively prevent the complications of PICC catheterization and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
