HP联合CVVH治疗脓毒性休克的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析血液灌流(HP)联合连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗脓毒性休克的临床价值。方法 52例脓毒性休克患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患者给予CVVH治疗,观察组患者给予HP联合CVVH治疗。对比两组患者多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率、28 d死亡率、血管活性药物使用时间、呼吸机使用时间、重症加强护理病房(ICU)治疗时间。结果观察组患者MODS发生率为11.54%、28 d死亡率为23.08%,均低于对照组的34.62%、50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血管活性药物使用时间(3.65±0.95)d、呼吸机使用时间(4.81±2.36)d、ICU治疗时间(12.06±3.59)d均短于对照组的(4.96±1.26)、(7.03±2.59)、(16.86±4.71)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脓毒性休克患者给予HP联合CVVH治疗,促进了患者的康复,降低了死亡率和MODS发生率。
