生脉散联合归脾汤治疗老年心悸的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Shengmai powder combined with Guipi decoction in the treatment of senile palpitations

目的观察生脉散联合归脾汤治疗老年心悸的临床疗效。方法 106例老年心悸患者,按照挂号奇偶顺序分为常规组和联合组,各53例。常规组给予基础治疗,联合组给予生脉散联合归脾汤治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、治疗前后的中医症候积分。结果联合组患者总有效率为98.1%,显著高于常规组的83.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候相关积分均低于治疗前,且联合组患者中医症候相关积分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年心悸患者的临床治疗中,给予生脉散联合归脾汤治疗效果显著,不仅可以显著提高患者临床疗效,还能在改善患者心功能指标的基础上有效降低患者中医症候积分,预防疾病的进一步发展,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmai powder combined with Guipi decoction in the treatment of senile palpitations.Methods A total of 106 senile patients with palpitations were divided by registration parity order into routine group and combined group,with 53 cases in each group.The routine group received basic therapy,and the combined group received Shengmai powder combined with Guipi decoction.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy,cardiac function index[left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The combined group had significantly higher total effective rate as 98.1%than 83.0%in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined group had obviously better LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score than those before treatment,and the combined group had obviously lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile patients with palpitation,implementation of Shengmai powder and Guipi decoction has a remarkable treatment effect.It can not only significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,but also effectively reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score on the basis of improving the score of cardiac function indicators,and prevent further development of diseases.It is worth popularizing and applying.
