糖尿病患者社区防治管理的效果分析

Effect analysis of community control management in diabetic mellitus patients

目的探究糖尿病(DM)患者社区防治管理的效果。方法 170例糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各85例。对照组患者在进行糖尿病常规护理及健康教育后不进行其他管理及干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行6个月的社区防治管理。比较两组患者的自我护理行为、血糖控制效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的血糖自测率、体重自测率、规律运动率、饮食控制率、遵义服药率及定期复诊率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组患者的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进行为期6个月的追踪随访,观察组患者的并发症发生率为12.94%(11/85),对照组患者的并发症发生率为36.47%(31/85);对照组患者的并发症发生率显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行社区防治管理,能够有效提高患者自我护理行为,降低患者血糖及并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of community control management in diabetic mellitus(DM)patients.Methods A total of 170 diabetic mellitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 85 cases in each group.The control group received no management and intervention except diabetic conventional nursing and health education,and the observation group received 6 months of community control management on the basis of the control group.The self-care behavior,blood glucose control effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had significantly higher self-test rate of blood glucose,self-test rate of weight,regular exercise rate,diet control rate,medication rate and regular recheck rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the observation group had significantly lower 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6-month of follow-up,the observation group had incidence of complications as 12.94%(11/85),which was 36.47%(31/85)in the control group.The control group had significantly higher incidence of complications than the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community control management for diabetic mellitus patients can effectively improve the self-care behaviour and reduce the blood glucose and incidence of complications.
