综合护理干预防治腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的效果观察

Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing and treating abdominal distension of lumbar vertebral compression fracture

目的观察并研究预防腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的有效护理干预措施。方法 132例腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理后腹胀发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者出现腹胀3例,腹胀发生率为4.55%;对照组患者出现腹胀14例,腹胀发生率为21.21%;观察组患者腹胀发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎压缩性骨折患者,采用综合护理干预措施进行干预和指导能有效降低腹胀发生率,改善患者的相关症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the effect nursing measure for preventing and treating abdominal distension of lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 132 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The occurrence of abdominal distension after nursing was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the observation group had 3 cases of abdominal distension, with incidence of abdominal distension as 4.55%, while the control group had 14 cases of abdominal distension, with incidence of abdominal distension as 21.21%. The observation group had significantly lower incidence of abdominal distension than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture, comprehensive nursing intervention and guidance can effectively reduce the incidence of abdominal distension and improve the related symptoms of patients. So it is worthy of promotion and application.
