海南岛铺前湾浮游植物群落结构初步研究

Community Structure of Phytoplankton in Puqian Bay,Hainan Island

在显微镜分析的基础上,对海南岛铺前湾2010年的浮游植物群落结构展开了初步研究。结果表明:夏季,铺前湾浮游植物共54种,优势种为尖刺拟菱形藻、中肋骨条藻等6种硅藻,平均生物密度为41.93×10~2ind./L,多样性指数和均匀度一般,丰富度偏低;冬季,铺前湾浮游植物共72种,优势种为曲壳藻、小环藻等5种硅藻,平均生物密度为4.31×10~2ind./L,多样性指数一般,均匀度偏低,丰富度较高。该海域浮游植物以广温近海种为主,群落结构以硅藻为主;冬季浮游植物种类较多,但丰度显著低于夏季。

With the microscope analysis of the plankton samples,which were sampled from Puqian Bay in 2010,a preliminary study on the community structure of phytoplankton was carried out.The results showed that,in summer,54 species were identified,dominant species were 6 diatom species,Pseudo-nitzschia pungens,Skeletonema costatum,Coscinodiscus radiatus,Bacillaria paxillifera,Cyrosigma sp.,and Synedra ulna;the average density was 41.93×10^2ind./L;Shannon-Weaver index and evenness index were both within moderate level,and species richness was relatively low.In winter,72 species were identified,dominant species were 5 diatom species,Achnanthes sp.,Cyclotella cryptica,C.radiatus,Thalassiothrix frauenfeldii,and S.costatum;the average density was 4.31×10^2ind./L;Shannon-Weaver index was within moderate level,evenness index was relatively low,and species richness was relatively high.Phytoplankton in Puqian Bay were mainly eurythermic margin sea species,and the community structure was dominated by the diatoms;there were more species in winter,but the abundance was significantly lower than its in summer.
