摘要 基于快速、精确诊断出复杂武器系统的故障,实时监测系统健康信息的目的,文中采用了CAN总线的通信方法,以TMS320F28235为主控芯片,设计了基于CAN总线的健康管理系统。该系统充分发挥了CAN总线的技术优势,结合复杂武器系统健康管理的现状,给出了健康管理系统的总体设计、电路设计、软件设计,详细说明了温度传感器电路设计、CAN总线接口电路设计、主节点和从节点的DSP程序设计。通过搭建测试系统,实时监视模块的温度、电压、信道状态等健康信息,判断并记录故障的实验,得出该系统能够准确监测武器系统的健康信息,故障诊断效率提高了30%,为复杂武器系统的维护提供了便利。 Based on the purpose of diagnosing the fault of complex weapon system fast,accurately and monitoring the health information real-timely,the health management system based on CAN bus is designed with TMS320F28235 as the main control chip,adopting CAN bus communication method.The system gives full play to the CAN bus technology advantages,introducing the general design of the health management system,circuit design,software design,detailing the temperature sensor circuit design,CAN bus interface circuit design,the DSP program design of the master node and slave node,combined with the status quo of health management of complex weapon system.Through the experiment of the testing system constructed to monitor the health information of module real-timely,such as temperature,voltage,state of channel,judge and record faults,thus the system can accurately monitor the health information of weapon system,increasing the fault diagnosis efficiency by 30%,providing a convenient maintenance for complex weapon system.
