摘要 针对目前医疗随访方式效率低、落后的问题,基于大数据技术和ZLBH平台,文中设计并开发了一套慢性病随访智能平台。该平台系统主要包括患者信息管理、数据字典管理、随访数据管理、随访计划管理、短信平台管理、手术标本管理等模块,并能与现存的HIS、LIS等医疗系统快速对接,辅助医生全方位地了解病人的身体变化情况,为病患提供必要的慢性病康复及预防指导。经过测试,该系统运行良好,各项功能均实现正常,能够满足各医院对慢性病随访系统的要求。 According to the problems of low efficiency and lagging for the traditional patient follow-up method,a patient follow-up smart platform for chronic diseases is designed and developed based on big data technology and the ZLBH platform.The platform system mainly includes patient information management,data dictionary management,follow-up data management,follow-up plan management,SMS platform management,surgical specimen management and other modules,which can connect quickly with present HIS,LIS and other medical systems.Additionally,the system can assist the doctor to understand the patient's physical changes in all directions and provide the patient with necessary chronic disease rehabilitation and prevention guidance.Being tested,the system can work well and all functions are normal,meeting the requirements of the hospital for the chronic disease follow-up system.
