摘要 针对有线视频监控线路复杂、监控范围固定、无法对复杂地势进行监控等缺点以及人们对安全意识的提升,远距离无线实时监控越来越受到重视,通过将ARM与4G网络结合设计一种视频监控系统,系统以三星的S5P4418处理器为核心,利用摄像头、V4L2和H.264实现视频的采集、压缩和编码,通过4G网络、socket网络编程实现视频信息的发送,采用FFmpeg实现视频信息的解码。经测试验证,该系统可实现采集的视频信息实时远距离传输至监控终端,传输速率达到150 Mbps,最大分辨率1 280*720,能够满足用户的需求。 Aiming at the shortcomings of cable video monitoring such as complex circuit,fixed monitoring range,inability to monitor complex terrain and the improvement of people's safety awareness,remote wireless real-time monitoring is paid more and more attention.a video monitoring system is designed by combining arm and 4g network.the system uses Samsung s5p44418 processor as the core,uses camera,V4L2 and H.264 to realize video acquisition,compression and coding,and uses 4g network,socket network programming to realize the transmission of video information,and ffmpeg to realize the decoding of video information.The test results show that the system can realize real-time longdistance transmission of video information to the monitoring terminal,the transmission rate reaches 150 Mbps,and the maximum resolution is 1 280*720,which can meet the needs of users.
