摘要
在比利时Ineos公司的INNOVENE^(TM)S低压淤浆双环管工艺装置上,采用铬系催化剂生产高密度聚乙烯HD5502S时,由于铬系催化剂活化有一定的失败概率而需要二次活化,因此,主要研究了二次活化操作及其对聚合的影响。结果表明:经二次活化的铬系催化剂可以用于INNOVENE^(TM)S双环管低压淤浆工艺。
Chromium catalysts are used for INNOVENETM S low pressure slurry dual-loop polymerization process developed by INEOS,Belgium to produce high density polyethylene,HD5502S.Reactivation is required due to the probability of failed activation of the chromium-based catalysts.This paper describes the research on reactivation and its contribution to polymerization.The results show that reactivated Cr based catalysts apply to INNOVENETM S low pressure slurry dual-loop polymerization process.
