既有普速铁路开行动车组列车的研究

A Study on Operating EMU Trains on the Existing Conventional Railway

为延伸动车组列车的服务范围,提高运输服务质量,满足客运市场需求,从既有普速铁路开行动车组列车的现状入手,梳理开行动车组列车在能力、技术、安全和效益等方面存在的问题,并结合市场需求发展趋势、运输经济性、点线能力、装备发展等因素,分析普速铁路开行动车组列车发展趋势,从推动既有普速铁路开行动车组列车、保障可持续开行的角度出发,有针对性地提出与其他交通方式融合发展、深化铁路部门与政府合作、整合优化线路客货列车的开行方案、加强车辆装备研发力度等前提条件,增加铁路客运产品的有效供给,拓宽动车组列车的旅客运输服务网络。

Operating EMU train on existing conventional railway can extend the service range,improve transportation service quality and meet the demand of market.Based on current situation of operating EMU train on existing conventional railway review,this paper induces the insufficient and problematic issues on capacity,technology,safety and economic benefit.Combining with the market demand trend,transportation economy,station and line capacity,equipment development,this paper also analyzes the prospect of the operation.At the end,from the angle of guaranteeing operation sustainability,we propose some corresponding suggestions,such as integrating development with other transportation modes,deepening the cooperation with government,optimizing train operation plan,and strengthening new EMU train development,so as to increase the effective supply of railway passenger service and expand the EMU train service network.
