摘要
为实现高速铁路动车组在动车段内检修作业管理的完整闭环流程,在分析动车组检修正点率作业现状的基础上,构建高速铁路动车组检修正点率统计分析系统的总体架构,并从统计分析层、用户界面层、数据访问层3层架构的角度说明系统的统计分析、ETL操作等主要功能。利用动车组管理信息系统的检修计划数据和行车调度系统的动车组位置追踪数据作为输入,通过统计分析结果反馈动车组检修作业实际效果,进而指导动车组检修计划编制工作,完善检修管理的闭环流程。同时,揭示出检修作业与调度作业之间的关联性,为列车、调车作业计划的精细化调整提供依据。
To implement the completed closed loop process of high speed railway EMU maintenance in EMU depot,the overall structure of the statistical analysis system for the EMU Repair Punctuality Rate is constructed in this paper based on the present situation analysis of EMU Repair Punctuality Rate operation,of which the main functions,such as statistical analysis and ETL operation,are explained from the perspectives of three layers of statistical analysis layer,user interface layer and data access layer.By using maintenance plan data of EMU management information system and EMU location tracking data of dispatching system as inputs,the actual effect of the EMU maintenance operation is feedback through statistical analysis results,which can guide the compilation of EMU maintenance plan,and perfect the closed loop process of maintenance management.At the same time,it reveals the correlation between the maintenance work and dispatching operation,and provides basis for fine adjustment of train operation and schedule plan.
