花粉症患者伴发口腔过敏综合征的临床特征及危险因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨花粉症患者伴发口腔过敏综合征(OAS)的临床特征及危险因素。方法 205例花粉症患者纳入研究,接受面对面问卷调查并进行过敏原皮肤点刺试验(SPT),进行统计分析。结果花粉症患者中OAS发病率为27.3%(56/205)。OAS组出现呼吸道症状的概率显著高于非OAS组(33.9%vs.16.1%,P=0.005),OAS组由鼻部进展为眼部症状的平均年限为(0.88±0.25)年,显著低于非OAS组[(1.57±0.35)年,P=0.037]。OAS组生活质量评分为(3.54±0.12)分,显著高于非OAS组[(3.19±0.06)分,P=0.007]。OAS组共自报111次食物过敏原。最常见的致敏食物依次为苹果(25.2%)、桃子(17.1%)。结论 OAS患者更易出现呼吸道受累,生活质量更易受到影响。 Objective To explore the clinical features and risk factors of oral allergy syndrome(OAS)in patients with hay fever.Methods 205 patients were enrolled and received a face-to-face interview with skin prick test(SPT).The anaphylactogen and type was analyzed.Results The morbidity of OAS in patients with hay fever was 27.3%(56/205).The incidence of respiratory symptom in the OAS group was higher than that in the non-OAS group significantly(3.9%vs.16.1%,P=0.005).The duration of development from nasal symptom to eye symptom was(0.88±0.25)years in the OAS group which was significantly lower than that in the non-OAS group[(1.57±0.35)years,P=0.037].The life quality score in the OAS group[(3.54±0.12)scores]which was significantly lower than that in the non-OAS group[(3.19±0.06)scores,P=0.007].111 times of food allergens were self-reported by patients in the OAS group.The most common sensitization food was apple(25.2%)and peach(17.1%).Conclusion OAS patients were tend to appear respiratory symptom and had a worse life quality.
