摘要
目的研究医联体模式对基层医院急诊科患者就诊的影响。方法以实施医联体模式前3年该院急诊科患者作为对照组,以实施医联体模式后3年该院急诊科患者作为观察组,对两组患者进行回顾性调查分析。结果观察组就诊患者数量显著增多,死亡人数显著减少,转院人数比例增多,患者抢救成功率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医联体模式有利于基层医院急诊诊疗水平的提升,值得推广。
Objective To study the influence of regional medical consortium on patients in emergency department of primary hospital.Methods The epidemiological data of the emergency department patients in our hospital 3 years before the implementation of regional medical consortium was selected as the control group,and the epidemiological data 3 years after it was selected as the observation group.The epidemiology of the two groups was investigated and analyzed retrospectively.Results The number of patients in the observation group significantly increased.The number of deaths significantly reduced,the proportion of transfer patients increased,and the success rate of rescue significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Regional medical consortium benifits the improvement of emergency diagnosis,which is worthy of promotion.
