摘要
为了解决华北油田BaSO_4的结垢问题,针对华北油田水质特性,筛选有效的BaSO_4阻垢剂JW-10和EDTMPS,研究了温度、矿化度、SO4^(2-)浓度、Ba^(2+)浓度对阻垢效果的影响规律,以及不同温度条件下阻垢效果的耐时性能。分别模拟南马庄油田、淖尔油田的采出水进行不同投药量条件下的阻垢效果试验并确定最佳条件,为BaSO_4阻垢剂在华北油田的应用提供技术依据。试验结果表明:温度(40~80℃)越高,矿化度(2×10~4~10×10~4mg/L)越高,BaSO_4阻垢效果越好;Ba^(2+)质量浓度(≤200 mg/L)越低,SO_4^(2-)质量浓度(≤600 mg/L)越低,BaSO_4阻垢效果越优;温度越高,BaSO_4阻垢效果的耐时性越佳。在试验温度为50~80℃、时间为168 h的条件下,JW-10阻垢剂的阻垢率达94.1%~97.9%;在试验温度为60~80℃、时间为168 h的条件下,EDTMPS阻垢剂的阻垢率达94.8%~97.6%。南马庄油田投药量为5 mg/L时,BaSO_4阻垢剂的阻垢率达100%;淖尔油田投药量为350~500 mg/L时,BaSO_4阻垢剂的阻垢率达88.3%~96.1%。
In order to solve the scaling problem of BaSO4 in Huabei Oilfield,and according to the water quality characteristics there,the effective BaSO4 scale inhibitor JW-10 and EDTMPS are selected,the influence of temperature,salinity,SO4 2-concentration and Ba2+concentration on scale inhibition effect and the time retention performance of scale inhibition effect under different temperature conditions are studied.By simulating the produced water in Nanmazhuang Oilfield and Naoer Oilfield,scale inhibition effect tests under different dosing concentrations are carried out.The optimal conditions are determined,which provide a technical basis for the application of BaSO4 inhibitor in Huabei Oilfield.The results show that the higher temperature(40 to 80℃)and the higher salinity(2×10^4 to 10×10^4 mg/L),the better the scale inhibition effect of BaSO4;the lower Ba2+concentration(≤200 mg/L)and the lower SO4 2-concentration(≤600 mg/L),the better the scale inhibition effect of BaSO4;the higher temperature,the longer the scale inhibition effect of BaSO4 will last.For scale inhibitor JW-10,when the temperature is between 50 and 80℃,the BaSO4 scale inhibition rate can reach 94.1%to 97.9%at 168 h.For scale inhibitor EDTMPS,when the temperature is between 60 and 90℃,the BaSO4 scale inhibition rate can reach 94.8%to 97.6%at 168 h.When the dosage concentration is 5 mg/L in Nanmazhuang Oilfield,the BaSO4 scale inhibition rate reach 100%;when the dosage concentration is in the range of 350 to 500 mg/L in Naoer Oilfield,the BaSO4 scale inhibition effect is better,and the BaSO4 scale inhibition rate can reach 88.3%to 96.1%.
