慢性偏头痛病人健康行为及其影响因素分析

Analysis of health behaviors and influencing factors in chronic migraine patients

目的探讨慢性偏头痛病人健康行为水平及其影响因素。方法采用健康促进生活方式评定量表Ⅱ、一般自我效能量表、社会支持量表等对2016年5—12月就诊于铜陵市人民医院的62例慢性偏头痛病人和65例性别、年龄、受教育年限等与之匹配的健康成人进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、Pearson相关性分析和多元逐步回归分析对数据进行统计分析。结果慢性偏头痛组压力应对及运动两个维度得分分别为(22.59±4.54)、(22.14±4.48)分。明显低于对照组的(27.18±5.32)、(27.31±4.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.68,P<0.05;t=-8.01,P<0.05),相关分析显示,自我效能、社会支持总分及各维度与健康行为呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,慢性偏头痛病人健康行为水平与年龄、病程、平均发作持续时间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性偏头痛病人的健康行为水平总体良好,医护人员在制订干预方案时,要注重促进病程短、疼痛程度轻的慢性偏头痛病人良好健康行为的形成和维持。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of health behaviors in chronic migraine patients.Methods Sixty-two chronic migraine patients and 65 healthy people with matched sex,age,and educational level were selected in Tongling People's Hospital from May to December 2016,and questionnaire survey was conducted by Health-Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ,General Self-efficacy Scale,and Social Support Rating Scale.The data was statistically analyzed with independent sample t test,Person correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results The scores of stress coping and exercise in chronic migraine patients(22.59±4.54,22.14±4.48,respectively)were significantly lower than those of the control group(27.18±5.32,27.31±4.87,respectively)(t=-7.68,-8.01,all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the scores of self-efficacy,social support and its each dimension had positive correlation with the score of health behavior(P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the score of health behavior had positive correlation with the scores of age,the course of disease and the average onset duration(P<0.05).Conclusions The health behavior of chronic migraine patients is generally good.Health care workers should pay attention to improving the health behavior's formation and maintenance of patients with short disease duration and light pain when they design and implement nursing interventions.
