经眉弓锁孔入路与传统额下入路切除前颅底肿瘤临床比较研究

Clinical comparative study of supraorbital keyhole approach approach and traditional subfrontal approach for resection of anterior skull base tumors

目的:比较研究经眉弓锁孔入路与传统额下入路切除前颅底肿瘤的临床价值。方法:收治前颅底肿瘤且在显微镜下行眉弓锁孔手术方案的患者40例为研究组,同时选择同期行传统的额下入路方式切除前颅底肿瘤的患者40例为对照组。对比两组不同途径切除手术的临床效果。结果:研究组手术指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经眉弓锁孔入路与传统额下入路切除前颅底肿瘤的手术均有较好的切除效果,但是经眉弓锁孔入路进行切除的手术并发症较少,有利于患者的恢复,且住院时间明显缩短。

Objective:To compare the clinical value of supraorbital keyhole approach approach and traditional subfrontal approach for resection of anterior skull base tumors.Methods:40 patients with anterior skull base tumors who underwent microsurgical supraorbital keyhole approach surgery were included in the study group.At the same time,40 patients with anterior skull base tumors who underwent traditional subfrontal approach were selected as the control group,thus comparing the clinical effects of two different approaches for resection.Results:The surgical indexes of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supraorbital keyhole approach approach and traditional subfrontal approach are effective in resecting anterior skull base tumors,however,the surgical complications of supraorbital keyhole approach approach are lower,which is conducive to the recovery of patients,and the length of hospitalization is significantly shortened.
