高血压脑出血手术治疗疗效分析及评价50例

Analysis and evaluation of surgical treatment for 50 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨高血压脑出血手术治疗疗效及评价。方法:收治高血压脑出血患者50例作为研究组。针对患者的出血部位和血肿量合理选择手术方式:大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术、直视下小骨窗血肿清除术和钻孔血肿抽吸引流术。同时选取同期的患者50例作对照组,并对患者实施保守治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术治疗方法在高血压脑出血患者治疗当中有着显著疗效,应根据患者的出血部位以及血肿量来确定手术方法,能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者预后,降低致残率和死亡率。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of surgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:50 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as the study group,according to the hemorrhage site and hematoma volume of patients,we made reasonable choice of surgical methods:large bone flap craniotomy hematoma removal,direct vision small bone window hematoma removal and drilling hematoma aspiration drainage.At the same time,50 patients in the same period were selected as the control group,and conservative treatment was applied to the patients,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The operative method should be determined according to the site of bleeding and the volume of hematoma,which can significantly improve the effect of the patients,improve the prognosis of the patients,reduce the rate of disability and mortality.
