The detainees are special groups,the medical treatment of the detainees is complex and specific.There are patients who have deliberately concealed medical history,poor compliance with the doctor's advice,and the medical staff cannot be free to contact with the patient individually.This article briefly introduces the treatment process of multiple organ failure in a new drug detainee and gains experience and lessons.
