盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察

Observation on the effect of intra-articular injection of glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收治膝关节骨关节炎患者106例,随机分为两组。对照组行玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,观察组在此基础上口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率86.4%,对照组总有效率67.2%;治疗后两组膝关节Lysholm功能评分均有改善,观察组改善更显著。治疗前后两组膝关节VAS评分均有降低,但观察组降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎安全、有效,易于操作。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:106 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selectd,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the observation group received oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules on the basis of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.4%,and that of the control group was 67.2%.After treatment,the Lysholm functional score of the knee joint of the two groups was improved,and the improvement of the observation group was more significant.Before and after treatment,the VAS scores of knee joints in both groups decreased,but in the observation group,the decrease was more obvious,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate is safe,effective and easy to operate.
