股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折不同内固定疗效比较分析

摘要 目的:探讨股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者应用不同内固定方式的临床疗效。方法:2017年3月-2018年3月收治股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折治疗的患者84例,将采用动力髋螺钉内固定方式的患者纳入参考组(n=41),将采用股骨近端髓内钉内固定方式的患者纳入观察组(n=43)。结果:观察组患者切口长度短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.239 2,P=0.018 7);观察组手术时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.203 7,P=0.029 3);观察组负重活动时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.294 4,P=0.007 5);观察组骨折愈合时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.082 3,P=0.019 4);观察组患者治疗优良率明显高于参考组患者,两组优良率对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.823 0,P=0.039 1)。观察组患者优良42例,差1例;参考组患者优良34例,差7例。结论:股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者应用股骨近端髓内钉内固定方式效果更佳,可加快患者功能恢复。
