风险管理在骨科手术配合中的应用分析

Application analysis of risk management in orthopedic surgery

目的:分析风险管理在骨科手术配合中的应用效果。方法:收治行骨科手术患者100例,分为两组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规的手术护理管理方式,观察组则采用风险管理干预。结果:观察组患者出现术后风险的概率明显低于对照组,同时,观察组患者的满意度明显比对照组高12.00%。另外,观察组患者的手术配合质量分值(92.15±1.22)分,明显高于对照组的(78.36±1.46)分(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科手术过程中采用风险管理制度,可以有效提高患者的手术效果,同时降低不良事件的发生率,提高整体的服务质量,确保手术正常进行。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk management in orthopedic surgery.Methods:100 patients with orthopedic surgery were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the control group received routine surgical nursing management,while the observation group received risk management intervention.Results:The patients in the observation group had significantly lower risk time than the control group.At the same time,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group by 12.00%.In addition,the surgical coordination quality score(92.15±1.22)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.36±1.46)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management system in orthopedic surgery can effectively improve the surgical effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the overall quality of service,and ensure the quality of cooperation during the operation.
