延庆区部分学生肺结核防治核心信息知晓率的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control information among some students in Yanqing district

目的:了解延庆区部分大学生对肺结核防治核心信息的知晓率。方法:选择北京邮电大学世纪学院2017年9月入学的新生1 358名进行肺结核防治核心信息问卷调查。结果:肺结核可疑症状、肺结核的传播途径和疑似肺结核应到哪儿就诊的知晓率高,但肺结核免费政策的知晓率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息获取渠道:校园健康讲座最高,纸媒和电视的选择率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延庆区部分学生的肺结核防治核心信息知晓率较高,但是了解还不够全面,高校还应进一步加强对学生的肺结核知识宣教。

Objective:To understand the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control information among some university students in Yanqing district.Methods:1358 freshmen enrolled in the century college of Beijing university of posts and telecommunications in September 2017 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the core information of tuberculosis control.Results:The suspicious symptoms of tuberculosis,the transmission route of tuberculosis and the suspected rate of suspected tuberculosis should be high,but the awareness rate of the free policy of tuberculosis was low,by contrast(P<0.05).Information access:campus health lectures were the highest,and the selection rate of paper media and TV was the lowest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Some students in yanqing district have a high rate of knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control core information,but the knowledge is not comprehensive enough,colleges and universities should further strengthen the pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge education for students.
