Design and Optimization of Steering Trapezium for Formula Racing Car of College Students

赛车转向系统的设计对赛车转向行驶性能、操纵稳定性能都有较大影响。文章在赛车转向系统设计过程中,首先通过转向系统受力计算和UG草图功能进行运动分析,建立三维模型数据进行预装配,在软件上检查我们设计的转向系统是否存在干涉现象,检查转向系统是否满足设计要求,以便对我们的设计进行改进。

The design of the steering system has a great influence on the steering performance,handling and stability of the car.In the course of designing the steering system of racing car,this paper firstly establishes three-dimensional model data by force calculation of the steering system and motion analysis of UG sketch function,checks whether there is interference phenomenon in the steering system designed by us and whether the steering system meets the design requirements in order to set up for us,in order to improve our design.
