摘要
根据FSAE比赛规则对赛车制动性能的要求,提出了赛车制动系统的设计方案。通过对赛车制动过程进行受力分析,建立了制动系统力学模型。借助Simulink软件平台建立了赛车制动系统仿真模型,得到了最优制动力分配系数、同步附着系数以及制动系统关键设计参数。通过实车试验,验证了该制动系统具有良好的制动性能,能够达到四轮同时抱死的设计目标。
A new brake system of FSAE racing car was proposed,according to the FSAE rules on the braking performance.The force analysis of the braking process was carried out and the mechanical model was established.The simulation model of racing braking system is established in Simulink,and the optimal braking force distribution coefficient,synchronous attach-ment coefficient and key design parameters of braking system were obtained.The performance of the braking system was proved to be good by real vehicle test.
