摘要
文章针对目前常常被人忽略的汽车减振器活塞杆电镀表面微裂纹的形成原因、作用以及较为落后的微裂纹密度检测方法进行调查和分析,提出了一种更为方便、快捷又节省企业用工支出的一种方法建议,即基于机器视觉的检测方法。随着机器视觉飞速的发展,解决此问题以不在是难点。未来的一年,本人将针对此问题进行进一步的研究。
This paper investigates and analyzes the causes and functions of micro cracks on the electroplated surface of piston rod of automobile shock absorber,which are often ignored at present,as well as the relatively backward detection method of micro crack density,and proposes a more convenient,quick and cost-effective method,i.e.the detection method based on machine vision.With the rapid development of machine vision,it is not difficult to solve this problem.In the coming year,I will do further research on this issue.
