项目化教学体系构建在汽车维修教学的应用研究

当前,职业院校越来越多地承担着培养生产一线技术技能型人才的重任,但是,职业院校所面临着的生源问题也日益成为职业院校的发展危机。首当其冲的我们职业院校要面临的就是教学改革,完善教学课程体系是关键一环。而对我们汽车维修专业来说,自身的行业特点,有其鲜明的特色,教学过程实践性强,构建有自己独具特色的教学体系尤为重要。项目化教学在汽车维修专业里应用,是符合培养专业技能人才的必要需求。现以江苏省交通技师学院汽车维修专业教学中构建项目化教学体系为例,以教学过程为导向进行课程项目化教学设计研究,打破传统的课程教育模式,按照"行动导向"来设计各种教学方法,构建汽车维修专业项目化课程体系,形成与行业完全接轨并能促进职业能力提升的新课程体系和教学模式。

At present,vocational colleges are undertaking more and more the task of cultivating top-line technical and skilled talents,butthe short of student sources thatwe are facing is becoming the development crisis of vocational colleges.Firstly,we face the teaching reform of vocational colleges and its key ring to perfecting our teaching course system.With regard to our auto maintenance major,we have our own industry characteristics,distinctive characteristics and strong practical teaching process.Therefore,construcing our own unique teaching system is particularly important.we apply project-based teaching in automobile maintenance major,which can satisfy the necessary requirement for training professional skills.Now we set the construction of project-based teaching in automobile maintenance major of Jiangsu Jiaotong College as an example:we have research on project-based teaching based on the teaching process,which breaks the traditional education mode.We design various teaching methods according to action-oriented and construct the project-based teaching course system so that we can inform the new course system and teaching mode that can fit for the industry standard and promote the professional ability.
