摘要
当前我国经济发展的水平是非常迅速的,正是因为较快的经济发展速度,也就相应的带动了汽车行业的发展。但是从实际的情况看来,目前的汽车营销过程中存在一个较为明显的问题,其严重的制约了汽车营销的进一步发展,这个问题便是售后服务。文章便针对售后服务在汽车营销当中的作用与地位展开了论述。
At present,the level of economic development in our country is very fast.It is precisely because of the rapid economic development speed that the development of the automobile industry is correspondingly driven.However,from the actual situation,there is a more obvious problem in the process of automobile marketing,which seriously restricts the further development of automobile marketing.This problem is after-sales service.This paper discusses the role and status of after-sales service in automobile marketing.
