河南健康养老产业发展具有基础条件优越、市场潜力巨大以及养老机构和养老服务基础坚实等优势,但同时在产业基础、政府投入、资金来源、服务质量、体制机制、人力资源等方面具有短板和不足。发展健康养老产业要加强顶层设计,坚持政府引导、市场主体的基本格局,从构建多层次立体式健康养老产业体系、推动养老与相关产业融合发展、发展多元化健康养老供给主体、加大改革创新力度和政策支持力度等方面着手推进。

Henan healthy old-age industry has many advantages,such as superior basic conditions,huge market potential,solid foundation of old-age institutions and services,but at the same time,it has shortcomings in industrial foundation,government investment,source of funds,service quality,institutional mechanism and human resources.In order to develop healthy old-age industry,we should strengthen top-level design,adhere to the basic pattern of government guidance and market participants,and promote from constructing multi-level and three-dimensional healthy old-age industry system,promoting the integration and development of old-age and related industries,developing diversified healthy old-age suppliers,and strengthening reform,innovation and policy support.
