管仲之信与桓公霸业

Guan Zhong's Trust and Duke Huan's Hegemony

管仲是春秋时期政治家,他与朋友以及齐国君臣之间的信任多与齐国政治,尤其是与齐桓公霸业息息相关。管仲之信可分为朋友之信、君臣之信、国君之信。其中管仲的朋友之信、与齐桓公的君臣之信是管仲之信的直接表现;桓公的国君之信则是管仲之信的间接体现。管仲的朋友之信与为社稷大义紧密相连,齐桓公与管仲之间的君臣之信与称霸中原的雄心壮志密切相关,齐桓公国君之信与信民、信诸侯、信天下合为一体。管仲之信产生于诸子之前,具有重事功、重他律、重治国理政等特点。管仲之信能够成就管鲍之交,成为君臣之信的典范,并在建立中原霸业中起到重大作用,与他待人真诚、一心为公、令顺民心密切相关。

Guan Zhong was a famous statesman in the Spring and Autumn Period.The trust between him and his friends,and that between the monarchs and the ministers were closely related to the politics of Qi State,especially to the hegemony of Duke Huan of Qi.Guan Zhong’s trust can be divided into three types:the trust between Guan Zhong and his friends,the trust between Duke Huan and Guan Zhong,and the trust of Duke Huan in the State of Qi.The trust of the first two types is the direct expression of Guan Zhong’s trust.The trust of Duke Huan in the State of Qi is its indirect expression.Guan Zhong’s and his friends’trust is closely related to his country’s righteousness.The trust between Duke Huan and Guan Zhong is closely related to their ambition to dominate the Central Plains.The trust of Duke Huan in the State of Qi is integrated with his trust in his people,his chancellors and the country.Guan Zhong’s trust foreran that of the other great sages in ancient China,and has such typical features as accomplishment-,heteronomy-and administration-valued.Guan Zhong’s trust made his friendship with Pao Shuya possible and made his relationship with Duke Huan a model in history,which is closely related to his sincere treatment of others,his devotion to the State and his obedience to the will of people.
