预留树胁地纳入林业管理与经营的思考

Consideration on the reservation of tree association land for forestry management and management

预留树胁地在经过土地二轮承包后,已经得到了广泛的推广和实施,各个地方对本地林带(或林分)在其东西南北四个方向上,所预留树胁地的宽度不一,但属性却是相同的。通过分析改革现行预留树胁地管理与经营模式,提出了相应的对策措施。

The reserved tree threats have been widely promoted and implemented after the second round of land contracting.The local forest belts(or forest stands)are reserved for the local forest belts in the north,south,east and west directions.The width is different,but the properties are the same.By analyzing and reforming the current management and business model of reserved tree threats,it proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
