牙周炎患者实施牙周综合护理的价值与效果观察

The value and effect of periodontal comprehensive nursing in patients with periodontitis

目的研究牙周炎患者实施牙周综合护理的价值与效果。方法选择本院2017年11月～2018年11月的126例牙周炎患者,按照随机原则分为观察组63例,对照组63例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,采用了综合护理的方法,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果对两组患者护理满意度进行分析,观察组护理满意度(98.41%)明显高度与对照组(80.95%),数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。结论对牙周炎患者实施综合护理,可以使护理人员根据患者的基本需求,进行护理方案构建,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the value and effect of periodontal comprehensive nursing in patients with periodontitis.Methods 126 patients with periodontitis from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 63) and control group ( n = 63). The routine nursing method was used in the control group and the comprehensive nursing method was adopted in the observation group on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was analyzed. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.41%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.95%)( P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with periodontitis can make nurses construct nursing program according to patients' basic needs and improve patients' satisfaction.
