曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙片治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床有效率评价

Clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglucoside tablets in the treatment of oral lichen planus

目的探讨曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙片治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床有效率评价。方法选用我院在2017年3月-2018年3月所收治的口腔扁平苔癣患者62例,平均分为两组,对照组应用曲安奈德和利多卡因进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用雷公藤多甙片进行治疗。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛和体征评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对于口腔扁平苔癣患者的治疗过程中,应用曲安奈德和雷公藤多甙片联合进行治疗,其治疗效果满意,临床上可以进一步广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with tripterygium wilfordii tablets in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods Sixty-two patients with oral lichen planus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 1818 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine. The study group was in the control group.Based on the application of Tripterygium wilfordii tablets.Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group ( P < 0.05).The pain and physical scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with oral lichen planus, the combination of triamcinolone acetonide and tripterygium wilfordii tablets is satisfactory,and the clinical effect can be further widely applied.
