中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gastropathy caused by Helicobacter pylori infection

目的探讨中药在幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月～2018年4月在我院接受治疗的132例幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病患者作为本次研究对象,在征求其同意后,将患者分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用西药治疗,实验组患者采用中药进行治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.45%,对照组总有效率为77.27%,其中实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病具有很好的应用效果,非常难值得在本院和其他医院进行临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection gastropathy. Selection methods: April 2016-April 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 132 patients with helicobacter pylori infectious stomach problems as the research object,after the permission,divided the patients into control group and experimental group and control group with western medicine treatment, the treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Results The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was 95.45%,and that of the control group was 77.27%.The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant ( P < 0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine has a good application effect in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection gastropathy.
